The Erraou Theory-unlocking the mind easily
Definition: The Erraou Theory- a process in which one must achieve lucidity in a dream to combine the conscious and subconscious together, and taking control of that dream to therefore take control of the mind.
Benefits if this succeeds:
- Enhanced Focus, hearing, mind strength
- Possible telepathy
- Possible telekinesis
- every single memory every recorded would be unlocked
and the list goes on...
Ok, a bit off topic then.
Do you know that scientists say that we only use 10% of our brains? or maybe 20%....the percentage is irrelevant, what is relevant is that us humans should aren't using nearly enough brain power as we should, using the brain power that we ARE entitled to, and I don't know about you, but im slightly ticked off at the fact that we have so much power at our disposal, yet we are thwarted by our OWN mind, our sub-conscious...anyway, back to the Erraou theory then.
The main concept of unlocking our brain power is dreaming. To put it simply, when we are dreaming, our subconscious takes over, the entity with the power, and this takes form as a dream. Now when we dream, our consciousness turns off, and our subconscious takes over. Now the idea of lucid dreaming is that (to those who don't know what lucid dreaming is-it is a dream in which the dreamer is aware that he is dreaming, pardon the excessive use of alliteration) when the dreamer is aware he is dreaming, he brings his consciousness into his subconscious world, hence merging the two together.
Now, when you reach a lucid dreaming state, you should be able to recall the memories and thoughts of the real world (eg. what you ate for breakfast, what programme you saw before you went to bed and entered this dream state), and hopefully, you would have enough sense to then carry out the rest of the stages of the Erraou Theory, which is basically to talk to your subconscious.
Ok, so you have reached a lucid dreaming state, which means that you can control the dreamstate, and its environment (eg. you can fly, produce skyscrapers from dust etc.), and if you think about this more generally, you are actually controlling your subconscious, by bringing in your consciousness into the subconscious world, now in a dream-world, the people you see around you are always of the faces you have seen in the past (you may not recognise them because they could be people you pasted whilst walking down a street, but the subconscious records the faces perfectly, and projects them into your dreams), but they are essentially projections of your subconscious (easier to understand if you have watched inception), so when you talk to them in the dream, with full understanding that you ARE dreaming, as well as complete dominance over that dream, you are able to command your subconscious, ask it questions on unlocking your brain, even demanding that it unlocks the lament receptors in your brain, because for the first time in your life, you have successfully merged both the conscious and subconscious together, making you in control.
...Now this is as far as the theory goes, it gives you the instructions on how to get there, but from that point onwards, you are on your own.
Ok, so in a nutshell:
The Erraou Theory- a process in which one must achieve lucidity in a dream to combine the conscious and subconscious together, and taking control of that dream to therefore take control of the mind.
Brief overview of lucid dreaming (courtesy of WikiHow):
- Try taking vitamin B6 and B12 to improve the chances of lucid dreaming....
- Don't expect this to work overnight! however, this is a solid theory (as oppose to the make-believe garbage you see on the web)
- I have not personally tried this yet, but be careful! remember, the subconscious controls the breathing and the heart, so be careful...
- try to unlock as much as you can while you have those precious minutes of control the subconscious, but again, don't expect to lifting cars with your mind overnight, but be persistent....
Special thanks must also go to Ryan J Roberts for helping to spread the theory.
